Male Involvement Project: This project is aimed at getting men involved in the crusade against violence against women. The strategy of involving men in the campaign for the elimination of violence against women has been tried in several countries.

South west forum
The Southwest forum held in Lagos on the 19th & 20th of February 2008. The two day event hosted men from different states of south western Nigeria coming together to brain storm on what they can do to end violence against women in their areas. They were chosen from different professional backgrounds and religious inclinations.

Abuja forum
The Male Involvement train moved to Abuja, the seat of government in Nigeria, between the 22nd & 23rd of April 2008. The forum had in attendance representatives of the National Human Rights Commission and the National Assembly; policemen,
South- south forum
The south south forum held at Marian Hotel Calabar between 25th & 26 May 2008. The forum had participants from Akwa – Ibom, Rivers and Cross Rivers States. It was a two day consultative meeting that tasked the men present on what they can do to end Violence Against Women in their locality.
